Conflicts of Interest Policy

The Smart Foundation for Financial Literacy (SFFL) is committed to integrity and transparency. To prevent private inurement, SFFL maintains a strict Conflict of Interest policy. All board members must disclose any interests in for-profit entities (such as Cressivo Inc.) that provide similar services. SFFL will only engage in partnerships with for-profit entities when such arrangements are at fair market value and primarily serve the nonprofit's educational mission.
